Overnight Excursions

Available in June, July and August, Saturday and Sunday only.

Enchanted Sailing Charters is now offering two overnight cruises:
- Sunset sail and anchor at Bird Island
- 2-day / 1-night sailing cruise to Southport, NC

Bird Island - $499
Would you like to take a romantic sunset cruise, anchor at Bird Island for a romantic dinner, then relax under the stars for the night? Enchanted Charters can make it happen.

You and your loved one will join our captain and 1 crew for a sunset sail and overnight anchor. We will leave the dock around 6:30pm, go sailing for an hour, then cruise to Bird Island and drop anchor. Here you will enjoy a dinner from Snookey's Restaurant, or your local restaurant of choice, while watching the sunset. After dinner, relax and talk. The Enchantress is a walkover, meaning the aft (rear) bedroom/bathroom is separate from where your quarters will be: the forward (front) bedroom, bathroom, shower, and galley. In the morning watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean while having a light breakfast and coffee. We will return to the dock around 8:30am. Two person limit at this time.

Southport - $1195
Prepare yourself for an incredible fun-filled two day / one night cruise to historic Southport, NC and back.

We will leave Cricket Cove Marina at 10 am, raise our sails, and cruise the Atlantic north to the Mouth of the Cape Fear River. After anchoring, we can dinghy you to the docks. From there it us up to you.

Tour the historic Southport downtown area featuring antique stores, art galleries and other specialty shops. Visit Waterfront Park and take the Riverwalk Trail where you will see the Oak Island and Bald Head Island lighthouses. See upclose why studios have used Southport as the backdrop for television shows and movies.

After your "land cruise", grab dinner at one of the downtown or waterfront restaurants (we recommend the unique Provisions). Complete your evening relaxing on the boat.

On Sunday we will raise the anchor, and hoist the sails for our return trip to Little River. We will return to Cricket Cove Marina around 5 pm or so.

All overnight charters have a 2 passenger limit at this time. No exceptions.

We ask that you be at the dock 30 minutes prior to departure to review safety procedures.
