Enchanted Charters is located at Cricket Cove Marina, the closest marina to Bird Island and the Atlantic Ocean in the area. What does this mean for you? Less time on the Intracoastal Waterway and more time for partying at Bird Island or sailing.

*GO SAILING OR ANCHOR AT BIRD ISLAND

Our 44-foot Caribbean Sailing Yacht (CSY), Enchantress, is the largest chartered sailing vessel in the Myrtle Beach, Grand Strand area and has your comfort in mind. With a spacious cockpit, ample deck space, and a unique cockpit hardtop that allows for "above the boat" sitting, you can enjoy the sights from anywhere on the boat. Complimentary light snacks, water, sodas & ice are provided on all charters. You may bring your own cooler of personal food and drinks if you would like.

Rent the captained yacht for 3 hours and relax on the Atlantic. For the more adventurous, rent our sailboat for the half day or full day and go sailing, or anchor at Bird Island for some relaxation, shell hunting, swimming, or surfing. You can do both if you would like. It is your boat for your rented time. There is a passenger limit of six, keeping the sailing charters personal and informal and making your day perfect for small get-togethers with friends, family, or office parties! 6 passenger limit.

Enjoy our relaxing and scenic 1-1/2 to 2 hour captained waterway cruise to protected and unihabitated Bird Island and Waites Island. Don't forget your camera. You will see beautiful marshes, wildlife, and the historic Little River waterfront. This is great for those who don't quite have their sea legs. 6 passenger limit.

*SAILING LESSONS

Are you interested in learning to sail? Are you looking to purchase a boat but are unsure if you want a powerboat or sailboat? Do you want to find out if sailing is for you? Enchanted Charters offers an Introduction to Sailing class.

What will you learn? Our experienced captain(s) will take you out into the Atlantic Ocean for a half day of sailing. Here you will learn the basics of sailing: hoisting, trimming and easing of the sails, the basic points of sail, simple commands, helmsman (steering the boat), and basic safety. After this class you should have a good idea if sailing is for you! A four person limit is recommended, but if you are a single family of five or six we will make an exception.

OVERNIGHT ANCHOR AT BIRD ISLAND

Available in June, July and August, friday and saturday only. Would you like to take a romantic evening cruise on the Intracoastal Waterway, anchor at Bird Island for a sunset dinner, then relax under the stars for the night? Enchanted Charters can make it happen. Our captained and 1 crew yacht will leave the dock around 7:30pm, cruise to Bird Island and anchor. Here you will enjoy a dinner from Snookey's Restaurant while watching the sunset. After dinner, relax and talk. The Enchantress is a walkover, meaning the aft (rear) bedroom/bathroom is separate from where your quarters will be: the forward (front) bedroom, bathroom, shower, and galley. In the morning watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. We will return to the dock around 8:30am. Two person limit at this time.

Enchanted Charters reserves the right to cancel any and all charters/rentals at any time, for any reason. If canceled, a new date will be negotiated. If a new date is unavailable, a refund will be given.

*Sailboat - All sailing charters have a 6-passenger limit, ages 5 and up. Ages 12 and under are required to wear a Coast Guard approved personal floatation device (life vest), which we supply, while outside of the cockpit.
